Park Plaza is Park City's#1 family friendly resort! Park Plaza features an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, a sauna, fitness room, family recreational game room complete with an extra large flat screen for movies, two smaller 43 inch plasma flat screens for gaming (Wii and Xbox), board games and popcorn machines. There are numerous sitting areas through out the resort, a ping pong table, an outdoor barbeque area, and bikes during the summer. Parking is underground which is especially useful during the winter months. For your convenience, Park Plaza offers a 24 hour front desk. Park Plaza is a perfect choice as a vacation rental getaway, your home away from home.
During the week the resort holds several events such as a weekly breakfast hour, weekly wine and cheese, and ice cream and hot dog socials, depending on the weather.

Park Plaza's spacious rooms are comfortably furnished condo rentals and feature fully equipped kitchenettes in the studios, and full sized kitchens in the mini suites, one and two bedroom accommodations. All the rooms with the exception of the studios come with a fireplace and balcony.
Wi-fi is complimentary, TVs and DVD players. Gaming units can be rented at the front desk.
Full sized kitchens are equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, stove top, and full sized fridge. Your basic pots and pans as well as bake ware and silver and serving dishes are also found in the kitchen. Starter kits for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn are placed in the kitchen as well.
Family Friendly Vacations
For almost thirty years, Park Plaza has hosted annual vacations for families that vacation with us year after year. Additionally, we have become known for hosting reunions, friends vacationing together, sports teams such as the annual Triple Crown event, and small groups. We have areas in the resort for casual gathering such as our outdoor barbeque patio, our indoor pool, interior lobby and small conference room. Family groups are able to enjoy their time together by staying in our one and bedroom suites.

Park Plaza is pleased to welcome our VIP's (Very Important Pets). Dogs are welcome up to 25 pounds. All our furry guests receive a welcome pet amenity and upon special request we can place a bed, food and water bowls in your room. Currently we have designated a few of our one bedroom suites as pet friendly. Please email stay@parkplazaresort.com to make your inquiriy and reservation.
Beatification In Progress
Park Plaza has a three year renovation project to beautify and upgrade all of our rooms. The renovations will be during the last week of September through first week of December in 2012, 2013 and 2014. We will be renovating approximately 24 rooms each time to have minimal impact to guests. Any noise will be restricted to 8:30am to 4:30pm. We anticipate the noise levels to be most during the first two weeks of September when we remove the tile from the suites that we are renovating. After that we anticipate the noise levels to be much less.
In 2012 we completed renovation of 12 studios and 10 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom units that have connecting doors to the studios.
We are very excited about the renovation. Our resort remains open during the project.
